Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Joplin, MO
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional emergency/on-call shifts)
- Pay: Competitive, skill- and experience-based pay
- Additional Pay: Commission opportunities on select jobs
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Install and service pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide professional solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
- Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and help generate 5-star reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Plumbing license or apprenticeship experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
