Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at MVP Pet Transport. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential clients, developing meaningful relationships, and creating customized transport solutions. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound sales communications, processing client inquiries, following up on leads, negotiating and closing sales, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong focus on understanding client needs, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to promptly analyze and track leads
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Knowledge or experience in the pet care industry is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles is desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
