Title Agency Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Title Agency Manager to lead all facets of our Greenwood office. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for a proven industry professional who thrives in a leadership position and is ready to drive both operational excellence and business growth. You will be the principal point of accountability for everything from compliance and staffing to client relationships and closing volume.
This is a full-time, on-site position — we believe great culture and great service are built in person.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing all title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations
• Managing escrow accounts in full compliance with state and underwriter requirements
• Leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing team
• Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys
• Ensuring compliance with Indiana title insurance regulations and underwriter guidelines
• Monitoring financial performance and driving profitability
• Handling escalated title issues, curative matters, and complex transactions
• Serving as the primary liaison with title underwriters
• Implementing and improving operational systems, workflows, and quality controls

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of management experience in the title insurance and/or escrow services industry — required
• Deep working knowledge of title search, examination, commitments, and closing procedures
• Thorough understanding of Indiana title insurance regulations and escrow compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage performance, and foster a positive workplace culture
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Experience working directly with underwriters and managing agency relationships
• Proficiency with title production software (SoftPro, Qualia, or similar)
• Licensed Indiana Title Insurance Producer (or ability to obtain promptly) preferred
• Four-year degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $90,000
• Profit-sharing — 15% of company profitability, giving you a direct stake in the agency’s success
• Annual Guaranty $100,000 with salary and bonus
