Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through phone, email, and online communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for sales and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound inquiries
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present products or services to customers and explain their benefits
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales strategies
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelorโs degree preferred)
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling and lead qualification
- Experience using CRM platforms a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
