Remote Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Remote Project Manager. This role works primarily outside of the office and communicates daily through virtual meetings. As part of our management team, you will delegate tasks to staff, oversee production schedules to ensure timelines are followed, and present regular progress updates to client representatives. You will monitor all teams to make sure they have the resources and information they need to develop their projects and meet client expectations. You should have at least a bachelor's degree in project management or a relevant field in addition to prior professional experience in a project management or client-facing role.

 

Remote Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Liaise with client representatives to determine project scope and requirements
Ensure all teams are equipped to answer and solve for the unique challenges of each project
Deliver regular progress reports to clients
Coordinate various administrative activities to ensure budgets are maintained, expenses approved, and project requirements met

 

Remote Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate
Professional experience in a project management or client-facing role
Ability to stay on task, and multitask, in a remote work environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
