Position Summary
As a Glass Technician, you will perform glass installation and replacement services with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work hands-on to assess damage, prepare surfaces, and install glass accurately while following established procedures.
This is a full-time onsite role in Clinton, MO for someone who takes pride in detail-oriented workmanship and can deliver consistent results on every job.
Key Responsibilities
Install and replace automotive glass in accordance with job specifications and safety procedures
Inspect damage and determine the appropriate materials and approach for each job
Prepare vehicles and work areas by ensuring surfaces are cleaned and ready for installation
Secure glass components properly and verify correct fit, alignment, and functionality
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support safe handling of tools and materials
Required Qualifications
Ability to perform hands-on technical work with attention to detail and strong workmanship standards
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and established job procedures
Reliable time management and the ability to complete assigned tasks accurately
