• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Clean, test, and maintain residential HVAC systems according to company standards.
• Identify potential concerns and communicate findings clearly to homeowners.
• Recommend repairs, enhancements, and indoor comfort solutions when appropriate.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance best practices, and energy-saving opportunities.
• Accurately document maintenance findings and complete required service records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service call.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required to safely perform maintenance tasks.

• HVAC education, certification, or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Previous HVAC maintenance, installation, or service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify maintenance needs and explain recommendations to homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, testing equipment, and maintenance instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
