What You'll Do as an Entry Level Retail Associate
- Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting and help them find the right products and services
- Break down plans, pricing, and promotions in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Answer questions about services, coverage, and options to build customer confidence
- Set up new accounts and ensure all customer information is accurate
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals set for the Entry Level Retail Associates with training and team support
- Maintain a professional appearance while representing the brand and our company in a positive manner
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop sales, customer service, and leadership skills
