Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in both commercial and residential settings.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and offices to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Conduct floor care duties such as buffing and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitization.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is beneficial but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
