- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Knowledgeable about the products or services their company provides and have the ability to explain these in detail.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team targets
- Maintaining a professional attitude in challenging situations

- · Register and Title Vehicles
- Process Driver Licenses and ID cards
- Administer written test and schedule road test appointments
- Process any other services provided through an MVD office
- Issue comeback receipts / make appointments
- Work in a fast pace environment
- Obtain a VIN inspector credential, administer VIN inspections on and offsite office locations
- Accurately complete all sales transactions through our POS system (PRO)
- Maintain an awareness of all updated policies and procedures
- Maintain an awareness of service/ product promotion
- Maintaining store cleanliness
- Maintain confidentially when dealing with customer’s personal information, and transactions.
- Maintain records and files accurately.
- Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store including but not limited to copy/fax machines, multi-line telephone, computer and computer software.
