While the address for this position is based in Albuquerque, we’re looking for someone with flexibility to support other locations if needed, short term or long term.

From navigating policies and regulations to overseeing hiring, scheduling, training, and daily operations (like road tests and inventory), you'll play a key role in keeping our office thriving.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in retail management, particularly with compliance and customer service.
- Strong skills in team leadership and staff supervision.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and learning new systems.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (bilingual or multilingual is a bonus!).
- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
- Experience in training and team development is highly valued.
