What’s the Schedule?

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 7:45 am to 3:30 pm (we’re always closed on Sundays!). We are looking for a candidate available during these hours, seeking full or part-time employment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience in providing top-notch customer service
• Experience in a similar office environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate situations with ease

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in managing dealership inventory, ensuring accurate records and organization.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers and promote automotive sales.
• Support outbound sales efforts through phone etiquette and follow-up calls.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional office environment and uphold dealership standards.
