Duties
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including luxury cars, limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients reliably and comfortably
- Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical upkeep of assigned vehicles to ensure optimal performance and appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special requests or needs during transit
- Plan efficient routes, adhere to traffic laws, and adjust driving plans as needed to ensure timely arrivals
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to guarantee secure transportation at all times
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driver roles with a strong safety record
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with diverse clients
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical troubleshooting for various vehicle types including buses and box trucks
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems and plan efficient routes under different traffic conditions
- Familiarity with driving regulations for different vehicle categories such as school bus driving or
driver certifications where applicable - Mechanical aptitude to perform basic vehicle checks and minor repairs if necessary
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality in all aspects of driving responsibilities
