Brief Description of the Job: Under limited supervision, clean, organize and maintain the appearance of the TMAC Bus Shelters and TMAC Locations by pressure washing, pick up litter and empty trash containers. Drive pickup truck to check on stops and shelters for maintenance and trash removal. Remove Snow, Landscape Grounds.
Essential Functions: Clean Shelters and Maintain TMAC Property/Locations: Follow pre-established route to pressure wash, empty trash containers, sweep up trash, and remove graffiti at bus shelters and stops. Keep bus stop and signs for directional information updated. Clean equipment, signs and windows. Inspect all stops, and shelters for cleanliness and damage. Remove Snow, Landscape Grounds
Maintenance (10%): Keep advertising updated in shelters; remove any graffiti, signs or posters in shelters. Replace any broken glass panels in shelters. Use backpack blower, pressure washer, deicer, plow, lawn tools as needed.
Required Skills
· Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of Transit Shelters, Buses or other buildings as needed.
· Maintain daily logs of cleaning, garbage pick-up and maintenance performed on assign route of Transit Shelters, Buses or other buildings as needed.
· Report damage and safety issues to Director of Maintenance in a timely and accurate fashion.
· Work with TMAC maintenance crews in performing general structural maintenance and repairs to Transit Shelters.
· Clean Bus mishaps in route as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
· High school degree or equivalent and be 18 years of age.
· Read, write and follow complex instructions.
· Driving trucks and vans associated with the job.
· Climb, bend, stoop, stand, sit, push and pull self, materials and equipment in excess of 50 pounds.
· Keep accurate records for reporting purposes.
· Able to work independently, exercising judgment and decision-making.
· Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
· Quality - Must have knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used on the job; Completes work in timely manner.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Possess a valid CDL with airbrake and passenger endorsements. Satisfactorily pass an annual physical examination which shows capability to perform essential duties. Satisfactorily pass a drug test as requested. This position is subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check.
