JOB PURPOSE:
Sets up and operates Haeger machine to specifications by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must perform all job functions with safety as the number one priority
- Set up Haeger by using set up sheets to reference tooling and parameters
- Uses templates to correctly identify holes to be staked
- Uses Haeger to install pems into part per customer specifications
- References blue prints to ensure parts are conforming
- Confirms and controls quality by visually inspecting every part
- Prepares parts for shipping by following packaging guidelines
- Works as a team in a cellular format
- Keep a neat and organized work area
- Clean and examine tooling for damage

Qualifications:PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior blue print experience preferred
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Successful candidates will have good finger dexterity
