Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, prepare accurate building material take-offs. Present competitive bids and up-sell value based off of customer needs.
- Coordinate with contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and schematics are accurately interpreted and executed.
- Monitor project progress through job site visits, resolve on-site issues, and build long-term partnerships with builders and subcontractors.
- Manage contracts, change orders, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Facilitate effective communication among all team members to promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum toward project goals.
Requirements
- Experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read architectural plans and calculate material needs.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management best practices.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
