Location: Medley, FL
Hours: M-F: 8AM – 5PM
Essential Job Functions:
- Meets monthly and annual sales targets as designated by the manager.
- Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company's products.
- Coordinates with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner.
- Inputs, updates, and maintains sales orders, invoices, and bill-back data within the Company database.
- Updates and maintains customer records in the Company database.
- Updates and prepare all monthly sales materials/reports as defined by the Company.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport.
- Responds to and communicates with all customers in a timely manner.
- Reports any inventory or service issues to appropriate department immediately.
- Coordinates with warehouse and delivers orders to customers as needed.
- Educates customers on how the products or services can benefit them.
- Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle as per the Company Vehicle Policy.
- Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
- Attends Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours.
- Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.

- Noise Level: Normal to loud while in the office.
Other Requirements:
- Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred.
- Business level Spanish or Japanese highly preferred.
- Has and maintains a clean driving record.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Works efficiently independently and in a team.
- Adapts to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree and above preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of food wholesale/distribution experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possesses basic mathematical knowledge such as markups, discounts, counting inventory, weight and measurement conversions, combining, etc.
- Has strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of ERP system highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Japanese foods preferred.
