Job Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATVE
o Full-Time Hourly (8:00a.m to 4:30 p.m. M-F) includes health care insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, life insurance, free MTC services if available, cell phone, paid commissions and company vehicle when applicable.
o Primary reporting location will be McPherson 4 days a week and Marquette 1 day a week, may be required to work other store locations if needed.
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma
o Experience in Customer Service or Sales
o Skilled in Basic Functions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Ability to work on several unrelated tasks simultaneously with interruptions
o Dependable with customer payments and deposits
o Work efficiently without supervision
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
§ Courteous and friendly contact with customers and the general public
§ Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
§ Duties assigned by Sales Manager include but are not limited to:
§ Present and sell company products/services to current and potential customers
§ Follow up on new leads and referrals
§ Assist in development of sales material
§ Keep current on and understand all products and services offered
§ Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
§ Process orders for products and services in a timely, accurate manner
§ Complete all necessary forms and reports for all sales and service activity
§ Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints
§ Be available for promotional activities outside normal business hours
§ Be flexible in accommodating alternate hours and alternate locations
§ Perform special projects if requested
§ Keep filing up to date
§ Handle customer deposits and make daily reports
§ Actively participate in job related conferences and training as to improve performance
