Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Pay Range: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Lead with purpose. Oversee daily branch operations to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure accuracy in every transaction.
• Coach for greatness. Inspire, develop, and mentor branch staff, building a culture where excellence and accountability are the norm.
• Serve with excellence. Assist clients with accounts, transactions, and solutions that make their financial lives better.
• Drive growth. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer deposit, loan, and insurance products that align with each client’s goals.
• Protect and perfect. Maintain strong controls, balance cash operations, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Engage locally. Represent MSA with pride in the Eudora community and help expand the bank’s reach and reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail banking or financial services (not required).
• Leadership or supervisory experience with a track record of developing others (preferred).
• Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of deposit operations, consumer lending, and compliance.
• A drive to strive for more, to learn, grow, and help others succeed.
