What You'll Do:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll guide clients from application through closing, ensuring every step of the process is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
- Collecting and organizing required documentation.
- Coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
- Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
- Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
