Future Maintenance Opportunities

- Apartment and Multifamily Property Maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Work Order Management
- Unit Turns and Apartment Preparation
- Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical Repairs

- Emergency and On-Call Maintenance Services

What We're Looking For
Successful candidates typically possess:
- Experience in apartment, multifamily, facilities, or building maintenance
- Knowledge of general maintenance practices, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative site team
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and, when required, emergency maintenance situations
- A commitment to Mutual Housing Management's mission and values
Experience in affordable housing or property management environments is a plus.
