- System Troubleshooting & Change Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for system users. Troubleshoot Tier-1 platform issues, escalate complex technical glitches to the engineering branch chief, and gather user feedback to recommend future system enhancements.
- Meticulous Digital Logging: Establish and maintain comprehensive, real-time Quality Control Record Logs of all communications and platform technical issues utilizing Microsoft Teams.
- Data & Project Close-Out: Ensure completed records are properly closed out and administrative data is cleanly transmitted to Project Managers within 2 business days of completion.
Position Requirements- Pre-Employment Screening: Must clear E-Verify pre-screening with two valid forms of government-issued ID prior to employment enrollment.

- Rapid Onboarding Capacity: Must be willing and able to complete a suite of mandatory federal security training certifications (including AT Level I Awareness, OPSEC Level I, and DoD Information Assurance) within your first 30 calendar days of employment.
- Safety Awareness: Ability to follow general office accident prevention standards and maintain an ergonomically sound, organized workspace.
