Call Center Specialist; Part-Time
Monday Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm; rotating Saturday 9:00am 12:00pm

- You love to be on the phone and chatting online. You do what it takes to find solutions to a variety of member needs while representing the Credit Union in a professional and courteous manner
- Youre great at building relationships both with our members and when working cross-collaboratively with various internal teams.
- You are comfortable navigating multiple systems at a time and solving complex account and financial inquiries. You dont give up until youve found a satisfactory resolution and the member is satisfied.
- You have an uncanny ability to recommend products that could help the member reach their financial goals.
- All Call Center Specialists must follow all Federal and State Regulations as well as internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements such as: BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.
- Strongest candidates will have experience with video customer service and ITM's.
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
Experience:
Two years of similar or related experience.
Education:
High School education or GED.
