We are seeking self motivated sales representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting seniors (age 40 and up) with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. With a flexible schedule, giving each individual the opportunity to thrive. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Utilize Salesforce software for account management, tracking leads, and reporting sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build relationships with each client.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and recommending the necessary upgrades.
- Find client specific solutions for their insurance needs.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with the current industry and product updates.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features.
