Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to family law.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting clients’ interests.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation using legal administrative tools.
- Utilize vLex Fastcase for research purposes to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel throughout the legal process.
Skills
- Proficiency in family law is preferred.
- Strong understanding of family law is preferred, but will train the right applicant.
- Excellent research skills.
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
- Experience with Legal administrative tasks is beneficial.
- Proficient in using vLex Fastcase for conducting thorough legal research.
