$20–$22/hour | Part Time Monday–Friday | In-Office

What You’ll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for several restaurants
• Own the onboarding experience to support managers with new hires
• Assist accounting team with project based tasks
• Maintain and sync employee data across systems
• Create and manage HR and Payroll reports (Excel-based)
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions
• Review time entries for break compliance
• Track health card compliance
• Coordinate uniform and gift card orders
• Help schedule school fundraisers (email coordination only)
• Jump in and help wherever needed

Required Skills

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excel is a must: you can create simple formulas, format spreadsheets, and build clean, professional, easy-to-read reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience

• Entry-level welcome—we’re happy to train the right person
• Interest in HR, payroll, and administrative work is a must
