Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of Mustang Soccer Complex and various fields within the community that are utilized by the club. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, and the ability to communicate with vendors. This role is vital in ensuring that the facility operates smoothly, safely, and in compliance with local governing bodies. The Facilities Manager will coordinate maintenance activities, work with vendors to have fields maintained, move/repair goals and equipment when necessary, and implement preventative strategies to optimize facility performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the Complex and ensure all aspects of the facility and equipment are functional and efficient
- Maintain safety standards by conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with local governing bodies
- Monitor facility systems
- Develop maintenance management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure production continuity during maintenance activities
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and improve reliability
- Intercept deliveries and store them accordingly
- Maintain and organize various areas of the Complex
- Move equipment or goals left out on fields within the community
- Repair any broken equipment at the Complex or fields within the community
Experience
- Proven management experience in facilities management within the sports or recreation industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of maintenance management best practices
- Ability to move and lift up to 60 pounds
Starting at $25 per hour
