What You’ll Do
As a Certified Wrap Installer at Mustang Signs, you’ll lead and assist in vehicle wrap installations from start to finish—ensuring each job meets the highest standards in finish, fit, and durability.
- Apply full and partial vehicle wraps with precision and care
- Work on fleets, trailers, box trucks, vans, food trucks, and custom vehicles
- Prep surfaces, align panels, and finish with flawless edges
- Collaborate with designers and project managers for smooth handoffs
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area
- Train or mentor junior team members
What You Bring
Required:
- Current 3M, Avery, Orafol, or similar accredited certification
- 2 years of hands-on vehicle wrap installation experience
- Expertise in tools like squeegees, knives and heat guns
- Strong attention to detail and a pride-in-your-work mindset
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in varying conditions
Preferred (but not required):
- Fleet wrap experience and/or large-format graphics application
- Experience training or supervising installers
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
