Busy Bee Cleaning Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Office Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer, communicating with clients and team members, and keeping schedules and office tasks organized.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and coordinating cleaning schedules
- Answering and making phone calls
- Communicating with clients and team members
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Managing emails and office correspondence
- Data entry and general computer work
- Creating and maintaining documents and spreadsheets
- Updating schedules, records, and other company information
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Helping keep office operations organized and running efficiently
REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS:
Applicants must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365 and other related office programs

Pay Range:
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Based on experience, with a performance review and opportunity for a raise after 90 days.
