- Support shop scheduling and coordinate repairs between teams
- Review invoices for accuracy and process warranty documentation
- Monitor production and efficiency, reporting key metrics
- Manage equipment inventory and assist with shipping & receiving
- Enforce safety and contamination control practices
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with technicians, Product Support Sales Reps, and customers
- Step in for the Service Supervisor during absences and assist with delegated tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of dispatching or coordination experience in a service or repair-related industry
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Mechanical aptitude or background in equipment repair/service
- Spanish speaking skills are a strong plus
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, service scheduling systems, or CRM platforms is beneficial
