🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Rental Inside Sales Representative:

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the go-to rental expert at the Angleton branch—supporting walk-in and phone-in customers, coordinating with field sales, and overseeing dispatch and billing. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary customer contact at the Beaumont branch
• Assist customers in selecting the right construction equipment for rental
• Support Outside Sales Representatives in processing and completing rental orders
• Dispatch haul trucks for equipment delivery and pick-up
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment using internal rental software
• Provide excellent service and timely communication to all customers
  
  

📋 Requirements

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field
  
  

(Equivalent work experience will be considered)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment
  
  

✅ Strongly Preferred Experience

• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Knowledge of CAT equipment
• Understanding of equipment rental applications in industrial and commercial settings
