🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Requisition Specialist:
Responsibilities
As a Parts Requisition Specialist, you’ll provide full-service parts ordering support to our internal customers—technicians, service departments, and other team members—ensuring they have the right parts at the right time to keep equipment running. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately take and process parts orders via phone and email
- Provide technical support and determine necessary parts info (numbers, quantities, availability, timelines, freight, and sourcing)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal customers
- Maintain accurate records and order data
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Occasionally work after normal hours and on Saturdays as needed

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in a parts, heavy equipment, or industrial environment
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify parts and components
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, email, and in-person)
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of CAT systems and equipment
