- Build relationships and identify customer equipment and service needs
- Qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Educate customers on Mustang's equipment, rental, parts, and service solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead activity within the CRM system
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative
- Partner closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives
- Deliver a professional, responsive customer experience throughout every interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, chat, and social media
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM software
- Professional, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledge of construction equipment, machinery, or rental equipment is helpful but not required
