As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient rental operations while providing exceptional support to customers and your team. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all branch operations and rental activities
- Hire, lead, and develop branch staff
- Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and make-ready processes
- Manage the full rental cycle—from the customer’s initial call to delivery, pickup, and preparation for the next rental
- Handle branch invoicing, budgeting, administrative, and clerical functions
- Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner within the branch and out in the field

- College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Minimum 3 years in the equipment rental industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer service oriented
- Experience managing a rental branch or equipment rental operation
- Bilingual English/Spanish
