Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Equipment Estimator located in Charleston WV. The HVAC Equipment Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. This role involves engaging in project analysis, interpreting blueprints and specifications, collaborating with clients and vendors, preparing competitive bids, and providing support for project management and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping
Experience in project management, including planning and execution
Strong skills in budgeting and cost estimation
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and design documents
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for estimation and project management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and vendors
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
