Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant based in Cleveland, OH. The Office Assistant will be responsible for general office supporting our invoicing department. Day-to-day duties include preparing documents and providing administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Preparing documents, some filing and phone work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Acumatica would be a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as Office Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
