Musser’s Excavating is actively hiring an experienced Earthwork Estimator to support our growing workload. We have a strong backlog and increasing demand, and we’re looking to bring the right person on board as soon as possible.

What You’ll Do
- Estimate site development, earthwork, utilities, and demolition
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specs
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor & supplier pricing
- Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure real-world accuracy
- Identify risks, cost savings, and value engineering opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years experience in earthwork / sitework estimating
- Strong knowledge of grading, excavation, and utilities
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Experience with HeavyBid, HCSS, PlanSwift, or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids
