Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using lightspeed dms systems while handling cash and electronic payments securely.
- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and updating records using inventory management software.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and vehicle maintenance support.
- Maintain detailed records of parts orders, returns, and stock movements using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service.
- Support dealership operations by organizing parts displays, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of powersports parts, accessories, and vehicle systems to provide accurate advice and solutions.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to assist with vehicle repair inquiries and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience with POS systems for efficient sales processing and cash handling.
- Familiarity with inventory management tools such as lightspeed or similar software to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Proven ability in retail math for order fulfillment, pricing accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation skills to upsell products and resolve customer concerns positively.
