Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle preferences and needs
- Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently, highlighting features and benefits
- Assist customers with pricing options, financing plans, and vehicle comparisons
- Upsell accessories, maintenance plans, and additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive company vehicles on test drives while ensuring safety and professionalism
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Support merchandising efforts by keeping the showroom neat and engaging
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling merchandise or equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and financial discussions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
- Military experience is considered an asset for its discipline and teamwork qualities
