Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, youth services, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively use technology relevant to assigned duties.
- Successful references and background checks.
6. Demonstrated reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and positive evaluations.
7. Successful pre-employment physical exam and criminal records background check.
Preferred:
1. Associate’s degree or higher in education, human services, or related fields
2. Experience working with at-risk youth or in school settings.
3. Training in conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, or restorative practices.
