Rate: $20.15-$22.35 per hour; 40 hours per week, Academic year.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, youth services, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively use technology relevant to assigned duties.
  • Successful references and background checks.

6. Demonstrated reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and positive evaluations.

7. Successful pre-employment physical exam and criminal records background check.

Preferred:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in education, human services, or related fields

2. Experience working with at-risk youth or in school settings.

3. Training in conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, or restorative practices.
