Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and professionalism, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to build rapport and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Manage POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce alcohol service policies accordingly.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender
- TIPS certified
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments using effective time management techniques.
- Experience with serving at large events such as banquets or catering functions is a plus.
