Essential Job Functions
All basic tasks of building and grounds care which include, but are not limited to: sweeping; mopping; waxing; dusting; trash; movement of furniture and supplies; set up and take down of equipment. Minor and preventative maintenance of equipment, tools and building fixtures; and accommodating the public's or district's use of school facilities.
Requirements Of Essential Functions
Must be capable on a continuous basis of standing; walking; stair climbing; reaching, handling and gripping without difficulty; repetitive movement of both hands and arms. Must be capable on a frequent basis of bending; stooping; pushing or pulling heavy objects; lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be capable on an occasional basis of climbing ladders; or working at heights to 20 feet above the ground.
