Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for all aspects of facility operations, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional service for residents and families.
- Build, mentor, and support department leaders while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring continuous survey readiness.
- Drive quality outcomes, employee engagement, occupancy growth, and operational excellence.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and financial performance to support the long-term success of the facility.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required.
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality measures, reimbursement, and survey processes.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and achieve operational and financial goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
