Supervisor Role
Key responsibilities include overseeing the Genesys Compact and related automation, scheduling and guiding daily automation crews, ensuring routine maintenance and safe operation, and handling light troubleshooting to keep downtime low. You'll also process timecards, PTO, and payroll actions on time, train new hires, and stay highly visible as the go-to leader for questions and quick decisions.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (higher education preferred)
- 3 years warehouse/distribution experience
- 1 year people-management experience (automation/DC preferred)
- Strong written/verbal communication; MS Office (Excel/Word) Google Suite
- Basic math and technical troubleshooting; warehouse automation systems knowledge
