In this position you’ll:
- Be the friendly, confident voice and face of the studio—providing solutions to grow enrollment as well as ensuring students stay engaged and excited about their lessons by building relationships and guiding families
- Manage scheduling, coach teachers, and help them shine in their lessons while thinking ahead strategically to keep our teaching team confident and coordinated as we grow a strong community of world-class teachers
- Ensure the studio looks, feels, and operates at its absolute best by taking pride in the environment: an inviting front desk and warm atmosphere where families and teachers feel at home with organized and clean spaces

You have:
- Sales experience, customer service experience, or similar
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of schedule management and collaboration
- Knowledge of music education (prior teaching experience a plus, but not required)

Benefits:
- Salary, paid bi-weekly, between $52,000 and $60,000, depending on experience
- Incentives available based on studio growth and performance and/or individual performance

Typical Work Hours:
- Community Manager is expected to be at the studio when lesson are happening (typically weekday afternoons and evenings and Saturdays), but a regular schedule would be developed to promote flexibility while ensuring studio coverage is maintained
- Some weekend hours needed for events (e.g., concerts, community events)
