This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper, located in Tallahassee, FL. The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will handle daily administrative tasks, respond to phone inquiries, and manage clerical activities. They will assist with maintaining office organization and efficiently operate office equipment. The role also involves support for bookkeeping operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day transactions.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and interactions with customers and team members
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records
- Proficiency in the use of Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles is preferred
- Previous experience in retail, music, or customer service industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are beneficial
