Role Description: The Sync Coordinator Intern is an unpaid part-time, hybrid role based in Clifton, NJ, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home hours. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the organization and tagging of the music catalog for sync opportunities, maintaining metadata and cue sheets, and helping track placements across film, TV, advertising, and digital media. The intern will support communication with music supervisors, agencies, and production companies by preparing playlists, pitch materials, and reference documents. Additional responsibilities may include researching market trends in sync licensing, updating internal databases, coordinating with the studio and label teams on upcoming releases, and supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting for sync-related projects.
Qualifications
