About The Job
We seek a full-time Events Producer to coordinate all performing arts presentations and third-party special events at the institution. They will be responsible for all planning and day-of coordination, including management of talent, event set up, and coordination of any audiovisual, lighting, and rigging needs.
This position will require strong organizational and project management skills and excellent communication, as managing the shared calendar of events will be critical. The ideal candidate is a forward thinker, excellent at triage, and able to anticipate production needs and work with the proper parties to ensure all events have the equipment, space, and specialized staff as needed to succeed.
