Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations of the music school, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Manage student enrollment, including registration and billing processes.
- Support and assist music instructors with lesson planning and student progress tracking.
- Organize and promote school events, recitals, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to prospective and current students.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new students and grow the school’s presence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the school environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a music or educational setting.
