Job description:
We are looking for experienced early childhood teachers and/or music educators and private lesson instructors who:
- Love teaching and feel that working with young children is the best job ever.
- Love to learn new things, can apply them in the classroom, and aren’t afraid to be silly!

This is a part-time position (2 days per week) with growth opportunities where you'll have the opportunity to teach and inspire young learners. We bring specialized age-appropriate music programs to thousands of students each week. Our teachers unite in our vision of bringing music and its benefits to as many children as possible.
Position Details
Location: School near California, MD
Workday & Hours: Monday (whole day): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM; Tuesday (AM); Thursday (AM)
Compensation:
Monday = $200/day
Tuesday AM = $100/block
Thursday AM = $100/block
Includes teaching, set up, tear down, reporting, and curriculum/training support.
BONUS Opportunities
Responsibilities Include:
Teaching, training, administrative tasks, attendance upkeep, and parent communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1 year of experience playing piano (required). Experience with other instruments (e.g., guitar, ukulele) is a plus.
- Ability to sing children’s songs and learn new ones.
- Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Must be located in or willing to commute to the California, MD area before starting work.
